One Writer's Yoga Discovery Journey

Good morning,

Today we are sharing a recent article from entitled 'A Skeptic Fact-Checks Yoga's Health Claims And Goes With The Om.' As you know, here at Inner Passages we believe in holistic healing which often times can incorporate yoga, meditation, etc. This article goes in depth about one yoga skeptic's journey and the shortcuts she tried to take along the way. At the end of the article, she finally admits that she's going to continue with yoga. Why you may ask? "not because it's not b.s. but because I like occasionally painless stairs and quiet brains."
