Moving from winter into spring is a big transition time for many of us. Change is happening like crazy everywhere. Today I am sharing with you an article that I received via email from enews.soundstrue.com. I love this list of ways to think about the energy of this season!

Harvard Studied People For 75 Years & Found That Happiness Comes From One Thing…

Positive Psychology: What does “Positive” really mean?

Good afternoon!

Today we are sharing a quick article from psychologytoday.com about rethinking the role of positive psychology. There are many misconceptions out there about what exactly positive psychology is and what it isn't.
